We build custom outdoor cooking units that not only cook great pigs, they will cook almost anything else (Chickens, Ribs, Chops, Turkeys, Hams, Hotdogs, Hamburgers, Neighborhood Deer, Seafood, etc.).
 
Go Slow Tow Each gas cooker comes equipped with a high pressure regulator and a very reliable burner system.

Pig Cooking Information:   Suggested Pig Purchasing Locations:
  • Cook pig at 300 degrees fahrenheit
  • 45 minutes for every 10 pounds
  • If using lower heat, cook pig longer, higher heat will burn pig
  • Stab holes in skin and turn up heat to 350 degrees fahrenheit for the last 30 minutes
